Gökhan Yesilgöz has a B.Sc. from Istanbul Technical University (2005). In 2007, he started his career at Pier Loti Kazakhstan - ТОО ПЛКЗ БИН: 050740007328, (2007-till Jan 2014), a local Design, Engineering, and EPC company, as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner. After PLKZ, he had a dream to participate in executive education programs at top universities; that’s why he started and completed Executive Education at Harvard University, JFK School of Government (2014-2015), and then received his MBA Degree with Merit from the University of Liverpool (2017). After completing his MBA, he co-founded EXPOTURK ENERJI TICARET A.S. in Istanbul and incorporated its ALMATY BRANCH - Алматинский филиал компании «Экспотурк Энерджи Тиджарет Аноним Ширкети» БИН 171241002639 (2017 - Still) as the Managing Director of the Branch. In both companies, he worked for 15 years on the development of several investment projects in Kazakhstan. In June 2020, Mr. Yesilgöz incorporated ‘SWISSFE Central Asia LTD’ in AIFC, as the Founder and Managing Partner for launching a brand-new initiative, PPP Project Development, providing Minority Equity Investments, Structuring PPP Projects for IDB Financing, and EPC-F integrations with its international construction partners for Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

THIS INVESTMENT WAS CRUCIAL DUE TO ITS FIRST IN-KIND; A TURKISH COMPANY INVESTED IN A LOGISTIC CENTER IN ALMATY, KAZAKHSTAN, which had not happened before. ALSO, WE HELPED TO STRUCTURE GETTING FINANCE FROM THE KZIBANK; KAZAKHSTAN ZIRAAT INTERNATIONAL BANK, which IS A SUBSIDIARY OF the TURKISH STATE BANK CALLED ZIRAAT BANK. THE ALMATY BRANCH OF EXPOTURK ENERJI’S LOGISTIC CENTER HAS BEEN IN OPERATION SINCE 2021 AND HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED AND FULLY OCCUPIED. IN CONCLUSION, OUR STRATEGIC PARTNERS, KZIBANK AND ALMATY OBLAST AKIMAT, ARE HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOMES OF THE LOGISTIC CENTER INVESTMENT.
